i am grateful for the fabulous stay i experienced. the staff demonstrated genuine kindness and excellent training. i especially appreciated the attention to detail regarding my dietary requirements each morning and evening. the staff remembered my needs consistently.
the pool lacked complimentary water, which i believe should be standard for a five-star hotel. i had to purchase it. the lunch options at the pool bar seemed very basic with limited choices.

I am grateful for my stay. The evening turndown service was a nice touch. Every corner of the hotel seemed super clean. I also liked the gym, it has great equipment. The location worked well, with several dinner spots within a short walk.
I found one thing that could use improvement. I think more attention to towel service would be beneficial.

Staff members always provided a warm welcome. The housekeeping team maintained immaculate cleanliness. Pool staff offered slushie drinks, a nice touch. The reception staff greeted me with such a warm welcome.

My room had a modern design and was spacey. The cleaning happened multiple times a day, adding much to comfort. The room had a stunning view of the sea, that I really enjoyed. I would love to return to this place again.

The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools. The sun loungers were comfortable and large towels were provided. The gym was way better than those at most hotels. I really liked the pools and spas.

The pool area was super clean. The hotel offered immediate access to nearby archeological sites. The buffet breakfast showed variety each morning. Staffs were very helpful and always available. I have not find issues on my stay.
The gym lacks some modern equipment, so I had to adjust my routine.
