a charmed stay
fresh produce beautiful sunset gorgeous cocktail talented artist
The buffet for breakfast and evening meals featured fresh produce every day! themed nights varied a lot. the indian themed night was amazing. there was a terrace overlooking the pool and beach area where sunsets were beautiful. drinks included gorgeous cocktails. entertainment was provided by talented artists. The violinist was amazing.
All pools, indoor and outdoor close early! this happens around 6 for kids. It is just about the time the heat becomes bearable!

The laundry service IS speedy and very efficient. The staff are cute. The hotel is spacious. It feels very comfortable to sit in the lobby. I appreciated the outside terrace too.

i am grateful for the fabulous stay i experienced. the staff demonstrated genuine kindness and excellent training. i especially appreciated the attention to detail regarding my dietary requirements each morning and evening. the staff remembered my needs consistently.
the pool lacked complimentary water, which i believe should be standard for a five-star hotel. i had to purchase it. the lunch options at the pool bar seemed very basic with limited choices.

I am grateful for my stay. The evening turndown service was a nice touch. Every corner of the hotel seemed super clean. I also liked the gym, it has great equipment. The location worked well, with several dinner spots within a short walk.

the breakfast was ok, it included a wide range of food.
the room i had felt dated. the shower was old and the decor was like something from the past, especially 1980s style. the pool bar offered a very limited lunch menu. i found the decor tired.

The pool area was super clean. The hotel offered immediate access to nearby archeological sites. The buffet breakfast showed variety each morning. Staffs were very helpful and always available. I have not find issues on my stay.
The gym lacks some modern equipment, so I had to adjust my routine.
